Jeremy Rolf sees demand before the market does.
He builds proprietary geospatial intelligence — applications and data systems that model where development pressure is actually building, parcel by parcel — so Mayfair pursues the land demand requires, not whatever happens to be for sale. Most developers react to listings. Jeremy works backward from the demand itself: traffic, rooftops, access, rents, exit value.
His range is unusual. He reads a deal's tax and capital structure the way most developers read a site plan, and he's taken stalled, distressed land through the hardest parts of the work — bankruptcy, foreclosure, complex debt, entitlement — and turned a stuck asset into a credit-anchored development.
He sees what has to be true before the market does. Off the clock, he's a girl dad to three daughters and firmly third-in-command at home — behind his wife and Ziggy, a 25-pound Maine Coon who's convinced the whole place is his.
